Consul Cunanan attended a formal dinner at the residence of H.E. Heikki Hannikainen, Ambassador of Finland to the Philippines. The guest of honor was H.E. Pettri Tostila, the Secretary of State of Finland, who was visiting Manila.

Ambassador Hannikainen also took the opportunity to bestow a special award and honor to Consul General (a.h.) Ramon Ilusorio for his help, service, and assistance to the government of Finland.
