On March 5, 2014, Consul Cunanan was invited by the faculty and student body of the Metroplolitan Medical Center College of Hospitality and Tourism Management to be a judge of the first ever CHTM Beauty Pageant.
On March 14, 2014, Consul Cunanan was the keynote speaker at a symposium at the Our Lady of Perpetual Help and Succor College (OLOPS) in Marikina City, Metro Manila. The forum began at 1:30 in the afternoon and was well-attended by graduating BS Tourism and BS Hotel and Restaurant Management students, faculty, and officials of the school.
On January 9, 2014, Consul Cunanan visited Vice President Jejomar Binay at the latter’s official residence at the Coconut Palace, Pasay City, Metro Manila.
