Consul (a.h.) Thelmo Cunanan Jr was invited by the West Point Society of the Philippines (WPSP) to be the organization’s Keynote Speaker at its Founder’s Day Celebration on March 19, 2016. The event, which included a ceremonial banquet, was held at the headquarters of the Armed Forces of the Philippines in Camp General Emilio Aguinaldo in Quezon City, Metro Manila.
